1. Scope & Statutory Compliance

Holmes Market Research ("Holmes MR", "we", "our") complies strictly with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We do not broker, sell, or trade third-party contact lists or scraped consumer databases under any circumstances.

2. Cryptographic Mobile Verification & Opt-In

Every direct field submission and lead record undergoes two-factor authorization. Participants must verify their consent via secure one-time cryptographic mobile token (SMS) or recorded telephone confirmation. Records missing explicit opt-in timestamps are quarantined and purged within 24 hours.

3. Data Storage & Encryption

All field logs, GPS survey coordinates, and consultation audio recordings are stored on encrypted Canadian data servers utilizing AES-256 standards. Client CRM exports are transmitted through secure TLS 1.3 endpoints.

4. Access, Correction, and Right to Erasure

Any individual who has interacted with a Holmes MR field representative or telephone auditor may request full disclosure or permanent deletion of their stored contact information by emailing info@holmesmr.com.
